Type series KWMD / KYMD
Short-circuit proof wirewound flat resistor in blue anodized aluminium enclosure. Version with 2 PTFE wires, AWG 14/19 (2,1 mm²), 1000 V, 0,5 m long. Two protection degrees available: IP54: type KWMD (standard) IP67: type KYMDFeatures

Application examples
- as braking resistor for motor / generator drive with frequency converters

- Type is available with temperature switch, for connection with two wires; type code then: KWMDQ (not for KYMD)
