Protective and filter resistors

Fixed resistors are used together with inductive and capacitive components in filters to reduce unwanted voltage, current and load peaks. This filter can be used to protect components, to smooth output voltages in rectifiers, but also to achieve the required grid quality during power input.

With wire-wound tubular resistors, flat resistors and steel-grid resistors FRIZLEN provides devices which allow for high energy intake – and which result in the optimum degree of protection and mounting option, depending on the operational site and requirements.
