The Quality Management System of the new ISO 9001:2015 contains a number of novelties compared with ISO9001:2008. It´s been the biggest change so far for that ISO standard. On one hand requirements for the general management and the quality managers have been risen. On the other hand the ISO standard now provides more flexibility for the implementation of the standard into the company´s processes.

FRIZLEN took an early start for implementing the new standard by setting up an internal project team. To meet the new standard´s requirements FRIZLEN has installed an intranet solution so support internal knowledge manegement and the availabilty of quality managements documents.
